3. Project Agreement

Before any work begins, a project agreement will be drafted between you (the "Client") and Cafone Contractors. 7. Permits and Approvals

The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and approvals required for the project. Cafone Contractors may assist in coordinating with local authorities, but the Client is ultimately responsible for ensuring compliance with all local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.


8. Warranties and Guarantees

Cafone Contractors provides a warranty on our work for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties for materials used in your project will be honored, and we will assist in the warranty claims process where applicable.


9. Client Responsibilities

As a Client, you agree to provide access to your property during regular working hours, provide necessary information, and make timely payments in accordance with the payment terms in the project agreement. You also agree to notify Cafone Contractors of any issues or concerns during the project in a timely manner.


10. Liability and Insurance

Cafone Contractors maintains appropriate insurance coverage to protect both the company and the Client during the course of the project. Our insurance includes:

General liability insurance, Workers' compensation insurance, Property damage insurance

While we take all necessary precautions to minimize risk, Cafone Contractors will not be held liable for any damages caused by factors beyond our control, including accidents, natural disasters, or acts of third parties.


11. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the point of termination, as well as any materials ordered in advance. Cafone Contractors will provide the Client with a final invoice reflecting these charges.


12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between Cafone Contractors and the Client, we encourage open communication to resolve any issues. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to mediate the dispute before pursuing legal action.


13. Privacy and Confidentiality

Cafone Contractors respects your privacy. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Any confidential information shared during the course of the project will be protected to the best of our ability.


14. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Cafone Contractors harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from the Client’s misuse of services, failure to comply with terms, or violation of applicable laws.


15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Jersey.


16. Modifications to Terms

Cafone Contractors reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing. By continuing to use our services after such modifications, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
